Dashboard Overview

The following section is intended to provide a detailed overview of the different dashboards offered in the EasyBase system. Each dashboard feature serves a specific purpose and is meticulously designed for optimal functionality. It’s worth noting that access to the financial and T-Cards dashboard is reserved for EasyBase Professional Plus+ users.

Introduction

We offer three distinct dashboards within EasyBase.

The two primary dashboards are the Simple and Financial dashboards.

The Simple dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of the system, including the number of enquiries, active jobs, completed jobs, and service calls. Additionally, it provides your daily schedule and a task board displaying outstanding or completed tasks.

The Financial dashboard presents all financial data related to enquiries, active jobs, completed jobs, and service calls. It showcases the value of prospective enquiries, total payments received for active and completed jobs, and the total payments received for service calls.

Apart from the main dashboards, we also offer the T-Cards dashboard. This interface facilitates efficient monitoring of job stages within the system, allowing users to seamlessly drag and drop jobs between stages within a single intuitive interface.

Simple Dashboard

The Simple Dashboard in EasyBase provides users with a streamlined interface for gaining insights into key aspects of their operations. It offers a concise overview of various metrics and tasks essential for efficient management. Users can easily track enquiries, active jobs, completed jobs, and service calls, gaining a clear understanding of the current workload and progress.

Additionally, the dashboard includes a schedule feature, allowing users to plan their day effectively. Furthermore, a task board is available to manage outstanding or completed tasks within the system, enhancing organization and productivity.

Financial Dashboard Plus+

The Financial Dashboard in EasyBase is a powerful tool designed to provide users with comprehensive insights into the financial aspects of their operations. It offers a detailed analysis of financial data related to enquiries, active jobs, completed jobs, and service calls.

Users can effortlessly track the value of prospective enquiries and monitor the total payments received for both active and completed jobs, as well as service calls.

This dashboard serves as a centralized platform for understanding the financial health of the business and facilitating informed decision-making. By presenting key financial metrics in a clear and organized manner, the Financial Dashboard empowers users to manage finances efficiently and optimize revenue streams within the EasyBase system.

T-Cards Dashboard Plus+
