Upload Letterhead

We’ve found that many of our clients may have their own letterhead design that they would like to import into EasyBase rather than creating one from scratch. Therefore, this tutorial will show you how to import your existing design into the system.

Getting Started

In order to add your own customer letterhead, you must first create a new report using the steps outlined in our first tutorial.

Once you have created your new report, click anywhere on the white part of the report page. This will bring up a report properties panel in the bottom right.

Here, you will find a property titled ‘Image’ if you click on the 3-dotted button this will open a file explorer dialog where you can choose an image to upload.

Select the letterhead you wish to upload using this dialog and you’ll notice that it will fill the background of the report.

This is all that is required so once you’ve added the image, click on the green button titled ‘Save Report’ to save and apply the changes made.
