Adding new user/employee

EasyBase provides unparalleled flexibility in adding users or employees to the system. Our software doesn’t impose limits on the number of users or employees you can add. However, there is a restriction on the number of devices that can simultaneously access the system. For instance, if your subscription allows for only two registered devices, then only two users can access the system concurrently, regardless of the number of user accounts you have.

Step 1. Navigate to System Settings

To initiate the process of creating a new user, the first step is to access the system settings. You can do this by either clicking on the “System Settings” tab on the navigation panel or by clicking the settings icon located in the top right corner of the main window.

Step 2. Navigate to Account Settings

Upon accessing the system settings, a new settings window will appear. From this window, navigate to the ‘Account’ tab and scroll down to the bottom. Here, you’ll find a button labeled ‘Manage Users’. Simply click on this button to proceed.

Step 3. Option 1 – Import User’s Details

When you arrive at the manage users window, you’ll encounter two options: ‘Import +’ user or ‘Add New +’. Importing a user allows you to transfer existing user details from one version of EasyBase to another seamlessly, eliminating the need to create new credentials for that user. Simply provide the user’s email address, and they will receive an activation code. Enter this code to initiate the import of their details.

Step 3. Option 2 – Create New User +

The last step in creating a new user or employee in EasyBase is to click the ‘Add New +’ button in the Manage Users window. This action will prompt a new window to appear, similar to the following:

In this window, you can input all the details of the new user or employee and set up a password. The email address provided will serve as the login credential for accessing EasyBase with the user account. Once you’ve ensured the accuracy of the information provided, simply click on “Save Details” to add the user/employee to the system.
